TMG was the first to identify the lack of integrated modern communities in Egypt which meet all of the lifestyle needs of their residents by providing facilities and services on site. We continue to maintain the communities which we create and ensure that all services we provide conform to international standards whilst maintaining profitability.
 
Our flexible phasing model allows TMG to satisfy the needs of the middle to upper classes. Such customer satisfaction is further supplemented by the wide selection of residential unit designs and the provision of alternative financing schemes ensuring affordability.
 
Based on comprehensive market research, TMG identified a gap in the market in Egypt of high-end hotels and the lack of luxury tourism facilities despite the rising investment and economic growth the country witnessed during the 1990s. TMG applied its business model for City and Community complexes (C&C) to its Hotels and Resorts (H&R) business.
 
TMG’s existing luxury Four Seasons H&R (the Nile Plaza construction commenced in 1995, Sharm El-Sheikh construction commenced in 1996 and finally Alexandria’s pearl, San Stefano, commenced in 1998) offer high-quality tourist and residential accommodation targeted at the high end tourist market.
 
The combination of a real estate and tourist product created by establishing complexes which are managed by Four Seasons provide a level of service that had not previously been seen in Egypt before our developments, allowing us to charge higher rates.
 
TMG seeks to address actual demand in the Egyptian real estate and tourism markets by adopting a carefully managed process when embarking on any new project. The process includes conducting thorough market research to ascertain customer requirements, commissioning feasibility studies and employing leading international firms to carry out planning, design and implementation.

In order to maintain the quality of our end-product we provide post-sales services in the form of maintenance and commercial services, and we employ well-regarded consultants to assist us in this task.
